Since incorporating in 1974, Aegis/Drake has specialized in the design, construction, and rehabilitation of housing communities, multi-family housing and commercial properties in California and Colorado. Following up on our success in Northern California and Colorado, we are now begun a development project in Southern California, and are evaluating other opportunities in that area.
