Peter Supino - Principal

Peter F. Supino has spent his professional career in multi-family housing and commercial property development, construction, acquisitions, and investment management. He founded Aegis Corporation in 1974, and built a solid portfolio of real estate development projects funded by private investors. In 2001, Drake Property Group was set up as an affiliate of Aegis, to separate Aegis’ consulting work from its real estate investment and management activities. With over 50 development projects to his credit, Mr. Supino remains best known publicly for his leading role in historic reconstruction projects.

Mr. Supino holds both a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. After graduate work, he helped establish Harvard’s INCAE Central Americas School of Business, sponsored by U.S.A.I.D. and was consultant to the Central Bank of Nicaragua in developing low cost housing.

Mary Burnett - Principal

Mary M. Burnett brings to Drake Property Group her in-depth understanding of the multifamily housing market and her vision of how technology can revolutionize multifamily and commercial real estate investments. She has over 20 years of relevant experience in project management, financial systems design, and real estate development. Prior to joining Drake she held positions as Senior Project Manager at Charles Schwab and Vice-President of Application Development for Bank of America. She also founded Aegis Business Systems, a financial applications consulting company.

In 1995, Ms. Burnett became General Partner of Aegis Wayne LP, a multifamily housing affiliate of Drake, and has been responsible for the acquisition, planning, development, and merchandising of real property investments. She is a Principal of both Drake Property Group and its operations affiliate, Supino Investors, LLC.

Ms. Burnett holds a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
